Group rate available until March 14. Rooms cannot be cancelled after this date without losing cost of the full room and tax fee.
Noise curfew of 11pm with everyone out of the hotel’s public space. The hotel has the right to charge a $150 fine, or remove guests due to noise complaints. Running through the halls and other horseplay are considered noise violations. Alcohol is allowed in guest rooms only. Adults must supervise children in pool area.

The Ultimate Dance Connection is thrilled to be holding our 2027 London competition at this beautiful venue. A spacious stage, lots of dressing rooms, a large warm up area, tons of comfortable seating, and a glorious lobby will make this theatre a favourite amongst dancers and their families.
Parking
Parking is free at this venue. Please take care NOT to park on the grass.
prop delivery
There are a couple of different ways to delivery props onto the stage. Large props can come into the backstage area via loading dock doors located in the wings stage right. These deliveries and pick ups will have to be coordinated and reserved for larger props only, as opening the doors will bring bright light onto the stage. There is also limited room backstage, so we cannot store props there indefinitely. Smaller props can come in a door in the lobby and be carried to the wings. Please note you will have to bring the props down and then up a flight of stairs in this scenario. We are committed to making prop delivery as seamless as possible for everyone, and will be in touch prior to the competition to discuss how we can accommodate the individual needs of each studio.
STAGE DIMENSIONS
27’ deep x 38’ at its widest. The front of the stage rounds at the front slightly. See photo above.

dressing rooms
Dressing rooms will be assigned. We thank you in advance for sharing the space respectfully with other studios, and for leaving the space clean at the end of the weekend.
Please come to the theatre with hair and make-up done.
Dressing rooms will open one hour before the first routine dances on stage. If you come early you will have to wait.
REHEARSAL SPACE
A large room on the premises will be reserved for use as a rehearsal room. Please be sure to share the space fairly with other studios. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration!
