We are excited to be hosting our London competition at the beautiful and spaceous Double Tree Hilton!

HOTEL

Cut off date is Feb 11, so make sure you book in advance! Please note the fine print re: the policy when cancelling your room.

LOCATION

300 King St, London ON N6B 1S2

At this time there is no parking at the hotel available due to construction, except for valet parking, costing $39.95 + HST. This parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

Other options for parking are the following:

319 King St. Lot This is right opposite the hotel parking lot. Rates are $10 from 6AM-6PM and an additional $7 from 6PM-6AM.  In total, $17 plus an additional $10 from 6AM onward, making it $27 total for overnight parking.

301 York St. Lot. This is right opposite RBC’s front entrance. Rates are $6 from 6AM-6PM and an additional $6 from 6PM-6AM, making it $18 total for overnight parking.

prop delivery

Props can be brought up to the second floor where the competition is taking place via a passenger elevator in the lobby. If this elevator is not big enough to accommodate your prop, you can go to the front desk and require assistance using the freight elevator. This elevator is accessible from Dundas St, the street behind the building.

STAGE DIMENSIONS

  • 30’ deep x 33’ wide

  • there will be 2 wings each on stage left and right

dressing rooms

  • Dressing rooms will be assigned. We thank you in advance for sharing the space respectfully with other studios, and for leaving the space clean at the end of the weekend.

  • Please come to the theatre with hair and make-up done.

  • Dressing rooms will open one hour before the first routine dances on stage. If you come early you will have to wait.

REHEARSAL SPACE

  • There will be no designated space to rehearse in at the hotel. Please be respectful of the hotel and other guests when you rehearse.
