We are excited to be hosting our London competition at the beautiful and spaceous Double Tree Hilton!

Please note - after you click on the ‘Book Your Room’ button the reservation automatically defaults to a 2-night stay. Select ‘Edit Stay’, click on the dates listed and adjust as you wish. LOCATION

300 King St, London ON N6B 1S2

Parking at the hotel is $10.00 a night for guests of the hotel. The rate is higher if you are not a guest. There are also multiple parking lots on King St directly across from the hotel.


prop delivery

Props can be brought up to the second floor where the competition is taking place via a passenger elevator in the lobby. If this elevator is not big enough to accommodate your prop, you can go to the front desk and require assistance using the freight elevator. This elevator is accessible from Dundas St, the street behind the building.

If you need help with any of the above, or require assistance on the day, please contact a UDC staff member. Also note - the stage is 3’ high.


STAGE DIMENSIONS

  • 32’ deep x 40’ wide

  • there will be 2 wings each on stage left and right


dressing rooms

  • Dressing rooms will be assigned. We thank you in advance for sharing the space respectfully with other studios, and for leaving the space clean at the end of the weekend.

  • Please come to the theatre with hair and make-up done.

  • Dressing rooms will open one hour before the first routine dances on stage. If you come early you will have to wait.


REHEARSAL SPACE

  • There will be no designated space to rehearse in at the hotel. Please be respectful of the hotel and other guests when you rehearse.
