Look out eastern Ontario! The Ultimate Dance Connection can’t WAIT to welcome you to our latest exciting location east of the GTA. Providing a huge stage, free parking, on site food, loads of rehearsal space and lots of change rooms, the Cobourg Community Centre is a new, well appointed facility that promises to be a big hit with dance studios, teachers and dance families. This venue is conveniently located just off of Highway 401.

LINK TO BOOK ROOM * please note CANCELLATION POLICY & CODE OF CONDUCT. Patrons can book under this room block until April 22, ‘27. Cancellation after April 16 will result in a charge of full room and tax for the May 20-23. A maximum of 15% of the group block may change arrival/departure dates or cancel no later than 72 hours prior to arrival date to a maximum of 2 guest rooms. If changes to number of nights required is not made with the above stated time period, the guest will be charged the full room and tax for May 20-23. Smoking in non smoking room will result in $500 fee. Children under 5 are not permitted in the whirlpool and all children under 16 must be supervised in the pool area. Quiet hours 11pm to 7am. No more than the # of guests registered in their room after 11pm. Noise should never rise to levels that can be heard in the corridor or adjoining rooms. Consumption of alcohol must be confined to guest rooms only. No horseplay in lobby, halls guest rooms etc. The individuals registered for the guestrooms will be liable for all the damages that occur. Those who do not comply with the above will be subject to eviction without refund. No smoking on premises.

PARKING

  • Parking is free in the lot directly beside the venue.

PROP DELIVERY

  • Drive around to the back of the building and look for a door that has a sandwich board with our name on it. Please try to bring in or remove props from the backstage area during breaks, as this door enters directly in to backstage. This means every time the door opens it will shed light into the auditorium. As the space backstage is limited, we ask that props be left backstage for as little time as necessary. Thank you for your help.

STAGE DIMENSIONS

  • 30’ deep x 33’ wide. A proper dance floor will be provided.

DRESSING ROOMS

  • Dressing rooms are assigned.

  • Thank you in advance for sharing the space with other studios, and for leaving the space clean at the end of the weekend for further renters.

  • Please have hair and make-up done before arriving at the theatre

  • Dressing rooms open one hour prior to the first routine dancing on stage each day. If you arrive early you will unfortunately have to wait to gain access to the dressing rooms.
